Carlos Alcaraz powers to victory after beating Novak Djokovic to retain Wimbledon Singles title.

The Spaniard dominated most of the match and demolished Djokovic within three sets 6-2, 6-2, 7-6 (7-4) to win.

Alcaraz was presented with the trophy by the Princess of Wales and said “ It’s a dream for me winning this trophy”. Djokovic was denied  for the second year  to equal Roger Federer’s record of eight Wimbledon men’s titles.

Alcaraz celebrated a 14th consecutive win at Wimbledon and the French Open in the same year.
