Its cobbled colonial cities and valleys clad in coffee bushes. Bogata is the capital of Colombia, with over 400-year-old churches and walled city of Cartagena in the north. You could also visit the ruins of San Agustin whose 5,000-year-old culture remain an enigma to this date. 

El Calafate Patagonia, Argentina, has Los Glaciares National Park, the Upsala Glacier on lake Argentino and Perito Moreno Glacier to get up-close views of the glacier.
