India win by 50 runs 

India beat Bangladesh by 50 run and edged closer to the T20 World Cup semi-finals.  Hard Pandya’s  unbeaten half-century helped India post an imposing 196-5 after being put into bat in Antigua. In reply Bangladesh struggled  as they stuttered to 146-8 in a curiously subdued effort, with leg spinner Kuldeep Yadav taking 3-19.

If Australia beat Afghanistan later on Saturday then they and India will progress to the semi-finals from Group One, but if Afghanistan wins, it would keep all four sides in contention.

West Indies win by 9 wickets

West Indies win but 9 wickets

Shai Hope’s unbeaten 39-ball knock of 82 included 8 sixes and 3 fours as West Indies are hopeful for reaching the T20 World Cup semi-finals with a nine wicket victory in Barbados over co-hosts USA after bowling USA out for 128 Rovman Powell’s side knocked off the runs only in 10.5 overs. Roston Chase and Andre Russell took three wickets apiece. 

In the span of three overs power play the USA slipped from 51-1 to 65-4 with key batters Andries Goes and Aaron Jones dismissed. The margin of victory was such that West Indies move ahead of England on net run-rate.
