Juniper networks driven by Mist-AI
Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Manoj Leelanivas leads all aspects of product strategy and direction for Juniper and aligns products with our go-to-market strategies and execution, including marketing operations. Since 2013, Manoj was President and CEO of Cyphort, an innovator in scale-out security analytics technology that was acquired by Juniper in late 2017. Prior to that, he held several key product management positions at Juniper, including Executive of Sales for Advanced Technologies for data center. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Manoj holds a B. Tech in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Kentucky, and is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Business Program.

Hewlett Packard to buy Juniper Networks for $13bn. The deal announcement by Reuters, triggered HP shares to drop 7.7 per cent and Juniper shares leaping to 21per cent in extended trading. The deal will bolster the companies 100-year-old technology Artificial Intelligence according to WSJ.

Hewlett Packard declined to comment on the WSJ report, while Juniper Networks leader in AI networking did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.

Last year, server maker HPE said it was rolling out a cloud computing service designed to power AI systems similar to ChatGPT. Juniper’s high-performance network and service offerings include routing, switching, Wireless Fidelity (Wi-Fi), network security, AI-enabled enterprise networking operations (AIOps), and software-defined networking (SDN) technologies.
