Mishra’s latest innovations helping Switzerland the land of chocolates

Chocolate producers have traditionally used the beans from cocoa fruit and disposed of the rest. Food scientists in Switzerland have come up with a way to make chocolate using the entire cocoa fruit rather than just the beans and without using sugar.According to the Chocolate, developed at Zurich’s prestigious Federal Institute of Technology by scientist Kim Mishra and his team includes the cocoa fruit pulp, the juice, and the husk, or endocarp. Temu’s owner has $38bn cash pile

Shanghai-based PDD Holdings, the Chinese group  trading under Temu, the low-cost e-commerce site whose stock dived last week, has amassed the $38bn cash pile of any listed company in the US that does not pay a dividend or buy back shares. PDD’s share price fell 31 per cent last week after it warned that record profitability was likely to decline and ruled out dividends or buybacks. Two Delta Airlines maintenance workers killed while servicing plane

Two Delta Air Lines workers who were servicing  a Delta Plane  at the airline’s wheel and brake shop at Hartsfield – Jackson, Atlanta International Airport have been killed and one seriously injured after an accident at an airline maintenance facility shortly after 5:00 local time on Tuesday. According to local medical authorities Mirko Marweg 58 and Luis Aldarondo, 37  were identified as the dead men.
