Royal Challengers Bangalore RCB Beat Gujarat Titans GT ti win the IPL 2026, their second title.

Earlier RCB won the toss and elected to bowl first, and although Bhuvneshwar Kumar did his best to secure the Purple Cap, but he fell short, Washington Sundar scored 50 in 37 balls with  5fours, Nishant Sindhu 20 in 18 balls with 3 fours.

Gujarat Titan’s opening pair was dismantled before the end of the fourth over with a combined 22 runs scored as wickets started to tumble

In reply Virat Kohli led RCB’s chase from the front,  amassing an impressive knock of 75 in 42 balls, 9      fours, 2 sixes, as part of the opening partnership assisted by Venkatesh Iyer 32 off 16 balls, 4 fours, 2 sixes, and Tim David 24 off 17, 3 fours and 1 six. Rashid Khand did his best to stop RCB’s chase as his haul of two wickets were not enough to stop Virat Kholi. Virat Kohli named the Player of the Match.
