England win 5-3 on penalties

England again was on the brink of a Euro 2024 exit and again they secured a semi-final place with victory over Switzerland on penalties in Dusseldorf.

England was rescued by Bukayo Sago to equalise with a fierce low shot five minutes after B Embolo’s goal for Switzerland.

Toney, Palmer , Bellingham, Sara, Alexander-Arnold all scored the penalties to propel England into semi-final.
