Boeing loses £285m in the first Quarter

Boeing reported a net loss of £285m ($355m) in the first quarter amid a critical crisis sparked by a mid-air blowout of one of its planes in January. The US plane maker said production on its 737 programme has slowed to below 38 aircraft per month,  as revenue dipped to eight per cent to £13.3bn ($16.6bn). Boeing which has head office in Arlington, Virginia, had faced huge backlash after part of the fuselage on an Alaska Airlines 737-9 aircraft fell off mid-air earlier in the year, triggering an emergency landing. Wales school stabbing leaving shocked teacher seriously hurt

Police and  two air ambulances were called out to Ysgol Dyffryn Amman Valley School  a Welsh secondary school, in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, after Liz Hopkin (53), a special needs teacher was stabbed in the neck four times by a female pupil during an attack is seriously ill but has been sent home to recuperate. Three people and a  pupil were injure in the attack at around 11:!5am on Wednesday. At Ocado warehouse outside Luton, hundreds of robots are whizzing around a grid, collecting items for online orders efficiently with speed and precision. Global positioning System signals are being jammed using a device that emits radio frequency signals on the same frequencies used by GPS satellites. These interfering signals being sent by the GPS satellites, rendering GPS receivers within the range of the jammer unable to accurately determine their position, speed or time.
